Rachel Masory

Rachel Masory is a Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital, which she joined in 2014, and serves as the firm’s General Counsel. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, she was a private equity partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she concentrated her practice on complex cross-border and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and equity and debt financings. Mrs. Masory has a JD from Harvard Law School, where she received the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership, and a BS in Economics and Journalism from Northwestern University (magna cum laude). She is a member of the California, Illinois and Texas Bar.
