Nichole Barcelon

Nichole Barcelon is the Chief Talent Officer of Golden Gate Capital, which she joined in 2022. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Ms. Barcelon served as a Human Resources Director and Business Partner at BlackRock working across global client groups. Previously, she was Human Resources Senior Associate in the Seattle office of Quellos Group. Ms. Barcelon has a BA in International Studies and Modern Language from Seattle University. Ms. Barcelon also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and CFA Claritas designations.
