Greg Mason

Greg Mason is a Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital, which he joined in 2016, and serves as the Firm’s Director of Capital Markets. Mr. Mason is responsible for leading the execution of debt and equity related transactions across the Golden Gate Capital private equity portfolio, as well as managing the Firm’s relationships with corporate finance providers. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, he worked as a Principal at Advent International, where he started the Capital Markets Group. Mr. Mason began his career in the United States Air Force where he was a captain and last served as Deputy Chief, Financial Analysis for the 51st Fighter Wing at Osan Air Base, South Korea. Mr. Mason has a JD from Stanford Law School, where he was as member of the Stanford Law Review, and a BA in Economics from Texas A&M University (summa cum laude).
