Alyson Miller

Alyson Miller is a Vice President and member of the Accounting and Finance team of Golden Gate Capital, which she joined in 2016. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Ms. Miller worked as a Senior Accounting Manager and Director of Stock Administration at Zynga. Previously, she was the Finance Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions at Google and Mergers & Acquisitions Tax at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Ms. Miller has a Master of Taxation and a BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University (summa cum laude). She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in California.
