Sue Breedlove joined Golden Gate Capital in 2000. Prior to joining Golden Gate, Ms. Breedlove worked for eleven years both in private equity and in venture capital companies in San Francisco. Ms. Breedlove has a B.S. in Mathematics from Missouri State University.
Jim O’Connor joined Golden Gate Capital in February 2011 as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. O’Connor served as Chief Compliance Officer at Torrey Associates, a New York-based fund of funds founded in 1990, where he developed and oversaw the compliance infrastructure for two SEC and NFA registered investment managers to registered and unregistered products. From 2001 until he joined Torrey in 2008, Jim worked at HedgeOp Compliance, an operations and compliance consulting firm to registered and unregistered investment advisers in the alternatives space. Mr. O’Connor received a B.S. with a concentration on Political Science and Philosophy from Loyola University, Maryland.
Katie Taylor joined Golden Gate Capital in 2005. Previously, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in a variety of roles including consulting, partnership tax and assurance services for both registered and alternative investment funds. Ms. Taylor earned a B.S. in Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Science from Frostburg State University in 1999 and is a California CPA (inactive).
